Rebecca is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department based at the City Office.

Rebecca has a keen interest in commercial law. She advises individuals and a wide range of organisations on all aspects of their business and acts on sales, purchases and investment agreements at all stages of the life cycle of a business.

Prior to joining the Corporate and Commercial team, she trained at a Legal 500 firm. Rebecca is experienced in drafting contracts, agreements and terms and conditions in a clear and accessible way.

She enjoys working closely with her clients to understand their objectives in order to tailor legal advice to their business needs. She is highly motivated and always strives to get the best result possible for her clients.
