Joseph is a Solicitor in the Private Client team at Ronald Fletcher Baker based in the Old Street office.
Before joining Ronald Fletcher Baker in September 2024 Joseph studied law at the University of York and completed his Legal Practice Course in Leeds. He undertook his training contract at a high street firm in North-West London and qualified as a solicitor in August 2024.
He deals with a wide range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications for Grants of Representation and administering estates. He also has experience advising clients on Declarations of Trust and various estate planning options.
Joseph seeks to offer clients the smoothest process possible by providing them clear and practical advice.
Outside of work Joseph enjoys travelling and playing rugby.
Experience:
• Drafting a range of Wills including those involving trusts;
• Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney;
• Drafting Deeds of Variation to vary the entitlement of a deceased’s estate;
• Applying for both Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration;
• Dealing with all aspects of Estate Administration from start to completion;
• Advising on and drafting Declarations of Trust.
