Maha qualified in 2020 during the challenging times of the pandemic. She quickly developed a strong foundation in residential property law, adeptly managing stringent deadlines associated with SDLT exemptions. Bridging and Secured Lending

With this experience under her belt, Maha joined Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP in the firm’s bridging and secured lending department. Her ability to thrive under pressure made her adept at handling the rigorous time constraints typical of bridging transactions. She excelled in this fast-paced environment, forging excellent connections with lenders and brokers.

Commercial Department

In January 2024, Maha took on a new challenge by moving to the firm’s West End office to establish a commercial department. While continuing to manage residential and bridging transactions, she now focuses more on commercial dealings, aiming to expand her expertise and contribute to the firm’s growth in this area.
