Simone Gavioli

Simone was admitted as Solicitor of England & Wales in March 2024.

He worked in disputes resolution in England and Italy since 2020 and is prepared to assist on national as well as cross border disputes.

Simone enjoys assisting individuals and their businesses and its able to act on commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency, residential possessions, and corporate disputes.

Simone is a keen networker and active in legal and business associations promoting collaborations and contacts between England and other European countries.

Prior to becoming a solicitor, Simone obtained a 5 year Master’s Degree in Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, 2019, where he graduated in International Public Law. His dissertation analysed rights of ownership and exploitation of the Moon and other celestial bodies from the point of view of the international community of States

Simone is fluent in English and Italian, which, together with his Italian legal training, proved very useful when assisting on international cases.

Outside work, Simone loves opera and classical music and he studied opera singing for 4 years. He enjoys socialising, swimming, being involved in politics, learning about art and history, and having a good time with friends over dinner.
