Abbas joined Ronald Fletcher Baker in June 2026 as a Paralegal in the Litigation team, having graduated from the University of Exeter with an LLB (Hons) degree.
Abbas assists fee earners acting for a wide range of clients, including private individuals, small businesses, and large companies with significant assets across the UK. He has worked on a broad range of commercial and property matters, including shareholder disputes, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, and rent repayment orders.
Outside of work, Abbas takes a keen interest in miscarriages of justice and access to legal advice. During his time at the University of Exeter, he worked as a caseworker at the Community Law Clinic and as a Research Assistant at the Evidence-Based Justice Lab. In his role as a Research Assistant, Abbas helped update and maintain the Miscarriages of Justice Registry, a resource that has been used by national and international media.
Abbas is fluent in English and Hindustani and has a basic knowledge of German.
