Ifigenia joined the Employment Department in May 2024 as an Associate Solicitor, having qualified in September 2023.
During her training contract, she undertook a double seat in Employment Law, gaining experience in both private employment matters and advising union members.
Since joining Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, Ifigenia has gained experience advising employees on settlement agreements, ensuring smooth exits from their organisations, and handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. Ifigenia has been involved in representing Claimants from the Education sector for claims of harassment, victimisation, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal, breach of flexible working procedures, maternity and pregnancy discrimination, and disability discrimination. In addition, she had also been involved in representing Claimants in the Media, Retail and Education sector for unfair dismissal, automatic unfair dismissal (asserting a statutory right), wrongful dismissal, disability discrimination, harassment claims, indirect sex discrimination, victimisation, and breach of flexible working procedures.
Outside of work, Ifigenia enjoys going to concerts and theatre shows, as well attending dance classes. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
