On Friday 8th May, nine members of the RFB team joined over 450 guests on the historic Richmond Green for this year’s Richmond May Ball- one of the most beloved fixtures in the local calendar. RFB was proud to be a sponsor of the event, which has raised more than a million pounds for local charities over the years.
La serata è iniziata con un ricevimento con champagne, dopodiché gli ospiti hanno potuto gustare una cena raffinata, vini pregiati, un cocktail bar, un’asta dal vivo, un’estrazione a premi e ballare al ritmo di una band dal vivo. È stata una serata davvero spettacolare dall’inizio alla fine.
Il ballo di quest’anno ha sostenuto due cause davvero meritevoli: Il progetto "L'elefante viola", a children’s mental health charity offering therapeutic supporto to young people aged 4–16 across Richmond and Twickenham, and La Poppy Factory, the Richmond-based veterans’ charity marking its centenary year in 2026, which helps around 1,200 members of the Armed Forces community each year find employment and rebuild their lives.
A rappresentare RFB durante la serata c'erano John Andrews, Afsheen Nasr, David Burns, Jonathan Chan, Rudi Ramdarshan, Victoria Huxley, Mia Mathews, Mariya Thomas e Sonny James.
