Paul deals with all aspects of Property work including residential and commercial transactions, the acquisition of development sites and plot sales, the negotiation of leases and also advises clients on purchasing and selling of property at auction. He is regularly instructed on high value transactions by property developers, high net worth individuals and companies. He acts for borrowers, and lenders, in transactions involving the refinancing of substantial property portfolios, advising on loan documentation and obtaining development finance.
