Our team has substantial experience in advising UK and non-UK corporate and individual lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured term loans as well as revolving credit facilities.
We advise on how best to structure a loan based on the position and assets of the parties often deal with non-standard structures and security; and whether a lender or a borrower ensure that our client has a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities under the loan agreement.
Our team also regularly acts for multinational corporate clients on intra-company and intra-group loans for the purposes of corporate refinancing and restructuring.
We deal with the issuing and listing of UK bonds and Eurobonds; and provide advice on corporate, investment grade and retail bond issues and prospectuses. We have a particular focus on first raises.
