Ben is an Associate Solicitor at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, specialising in both Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Ben brings a wealth of experience to his practice, having worked across various aspects of litigation, from his initial role as a Paralegal, to his current position, as an Associate Solicitor.
Ben completed his LLB (Hons) in Law at Swansea University, before furthering his legal education with a combined postgraduate degree, consisting of the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Advanced Drafting. After gaining significant experience as an in-house Paralegal for 9 months, he joined Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP as a Litigation Paralegal. His dedication and skills led to him being offered a Training Contract within 6 months, which was completed over two years, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2025.
Ben has significant experience representing clients in the County Court and the High Court, while also appearing in the Supreme Court. Namely, he played a key role in the landmark Supreme Court case, Lifestyle Equities CV and another (Respondents) v Ahmed and another (Appellants) [2024] UKSC 17, a significant case within the legal landscape. He has also been the driving force behind cases with published judgments, such as the recent case of De Sanctis v Bottari [2025] EWHC 270 (KB), in which, our client was successful in obtaining an interim injunction to prevent enforcement of property possession.
As a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), he is dedicated to delivering outstanding results for clients, making him a valuable asset to his team and clients alike.
Outside of his professional life, Benjamin enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle by going to the gym and exploring new destinations. His approach to both his career and personal life allow him to maintain a well-rounded perspective.
