Managing Partner Rakeebah Rahim shortlisted twice in Outstanding Women Leaders
LONDON – Law firm Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP (RFB) has been shortlisted for three major awards. Managing Partner Rakeebah Rahim and paralegal Peter Smith have both been shortlisted as finalists, with the winners to be announced in March.
Rahim features twice in Women & Diversity in Law’s list of Outstanding Women Leaders, having been shortlisted in two categories: Law Firm Leader of the Year – Small-to-Medium-Sized Practice, and Responsible Leader of the Year.
The awards aim to celebrate individuals, teams and businesses who are moving the needle on all aspects of diversity and inclusion (DE&I) and using their influence to facilitate real change. The winners are selected by an independent panel of judges and will be announced on Tuesday 21st March at Marriott Grosvenor Square, London. The awards body stated that the standard of entries this year was “exceptional”.
The firm is also celebrating the shortlisting of Peter Smith in the British Conveyancing Awards. Smith, a paralegal in RFB’s Exeter office, has been shortlisted in the Conveyancing Support Team Member of the Year category. The winner will be announced at a hybrid awards ceremony, also on 21st March, at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London.
