Overseas Investors Team

Our Overseas Investors department provides bespoke specialist legal services for international investors in UK real estate, whether commercial or residential properties. We are adept at helping both corporate and individual clients successfully manage their investment strategies, while always keeping an eye on commercial imperatives.

Sitting in our Legal 500-ranked Commercial Property department, our Overseas Investors team has a proven track record of successfully advising corporations and individuals (including HNW / UHNW clients) on UK property investments.

Our partner-led approach means clients get practical, pragmatic advice that takes into account their business sector and operations, and which is tailored to provide commercial, workable solutions that meet their specific requirements. 

We can advise on the sale, acquisition and letting of commercial or residential properties (including newbuilds), as well as on development acquisitions, re-financing property portfolios and auctioning either commercial or residential properties.

We work regularly with other experts in the firm where necessary, for instance working with our Corporate and Commercial team to advise on the sale and purchase of businesses as going concerns. This enables us to provide a seamless, holistic service across multiple disciplines – reducing the stress of any transaction and providing maximum value for our clients.
