Yashna Gudka

Yashna has recently joined RFB’s City office as an Associate Solicitor in the Property department.

Yashna read Economics at Warwick. After completing her undergraduate degree, she pursued the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the legal field.

Yashna qualified as a solicitor in 2021 at a boutique law firm in London. Her legal experience spans multiple domains, with a strong focus on property transactions and she has experience dealing with high-value purchases of central London residential properties for international clients.

Outside of work, Yashna enjoys exploring London’s diverse food scene with friends and is an avid traveller.

• Acted on the purchase of residential property transactions up to £50 million
• Has experience drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases
• Acted on transfers of part and registrations of new titles, acquisitions of new build properties and transfer of equity
• Acted on behalf of individual and company property investors purchasing residential and commercial properties
