Natasha specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company law, joint ventures in a broad range of sectors including real-estate, tech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and private equity.
Before joining the firm, she worked as an associate in the corporate departments of international law firms in London and Istanbul, advising on cross-border transactions. In 2018-2019, she was elected as a Sir Thomas More Scholar and Residential Scholar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln`s Inn to study for the Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School, University of London. Natasha is admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales; and lawyer (avukat) of Istanbul Bar Association. She speaks Spanish and Turkish.
In her spare time she enjoys golf, skiing and rowing. During her undergraduate studies, she co-founded the Women`s American Flag Football Team where she played RB (offense) and CB (defense). Natasha is also a contributor to Harvard Business Review Turkiye, where her articles have been published.
