Kate is a Solicitor in the property team based at our Exeter office. She deals with sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties and has experience assisting in a variety of transactions including:
- Unregistered land
- Lease extensions
- Deeds of Variation
- Transfer of equity and re-mortgage
- Company purchases and buy to lets
Kate deals with her clients in an approachable and friendly manner and progresses matters through to completion smoothly and efficiently.
Kate studied Law (LLB) at the University of the West of England and later went on to complete her Legal Practice Course and LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Moorgate in London.
After studying and working in London for five years she has re-located back to her home county of Devon to help drive forward the growing Exeter office.
