Harry is an Associate Solicitor within the Litigation team.
Since qualifying in July 2022, Harry has dealt with and advised upon a broad range of litigious matters. Harry has experience in County Court and High Court matters, advising both individuals and businesses. Harry has particular interest and experience in property litigation and commercial litigation, working on a variety of different matters including: –
– Possession claims;
– Party Wall Act disputes;
– Boundary disputes;
– Misrepresentation claims following the sale/purchase of property;
– Breach of covenant disputes;
– Lease renewals (residential and unopposed commercial);
– Contract disputes;
– Debt claims
Harry graduated from Swansea University in 2019 before completing the LPC at the University of Law, Exeter in 2020.
In his spare time, Harry is a fan of all things sports – Football, Golf, Tennis, Cricket, Skiing… He’ll play it (often badly) and watch it.
