Ben Lewis

Ben was admitted as a solicitor in August 2025, when he joined Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP as part of the litigation team.

He has experience across a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters, with a particular specialism in loan disputes, including those involving bridging finance. Ben regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers, giving him a well-rounded and commercially pragmatic perspective.

Ben also has significant experience in enfranchisement and lease extension matters, with a particular interest in cases involving missing freeholders. In addition, he frequently advises on breach of covenant claims, boundary disputes, and a wide range of other contentious property issues.

Alongside his property and commercial litigation practice, Ben also advises on employment disputes, acting for both employers and employees.

Prior to qualifying, Ben spent five years working in business management, an experience which he draws upon to bring a practical and commercially minded approach to his legal work. He studied the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, achieving a distinction in both, before completing his training contract.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys taking part in and watching sport, especially cricket, alongside travelling and spending time with his family.
