Deema Chudasama is a Senior Associate in our London office, specialising in Commercial Property. Deema has expertise within both the private and public sectors.

Her experience covers a wide spectrum of transactions including acting for both landlords and tenants in freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, the granting of leases, licences, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, re-mortgages, sales, purchases, as well as transfers of equity.

Deema has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality service whilst maintaining client expectations and believes that the key to success with her clients is consistent communication and building the trust between all parties is a sure winner.
