Grace Lowry

Grace is an Managing Associate Solicitor specialising in Real Estate and is based in the firm’s Manchester office. 

She is skilled in residential conveyancing transactions, having experience of sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build properties, transfers of equity, mortgages, shared ownership and enfranchisement. Grace prides herself on dealing with instructions quickly and efficiently. Grace acts for a wide range of clients, including high net-worth individuals, first-time buyers and private investors. She is particularly experienced in guiding clients through all stages of a property transaction and keeping them advised at all times. 

Grace enjoys the residential property work due to the close client interaction and she believes that approachability and responsiveness are key to client satisfaction.
