Adam Pavey is a Partner in the Employment Team at Ronald Fletcher Baker, specialising in tribunal litigation, strategic HR advisory work, and complex workplace disputes, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

Adam advises a broad range of clients, from SMEs to senior executives and business owners, on the full spectrum of employment law issues. He is particularly experienced in handling high-stakes and sensitive matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and senior exits, often where reputational risk is a key concern. He is regularly instructed to represent clients in the Employment Tribunal and has a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes in contentious proceedings.
