Rajan Sandhu

Rajan Sandhu is a Litigation Paralegal, who has been working at Ronald Fletcher Baker since February 2025.

Rajan holds a Law degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Rajan gained valuable legal experience through roles at law firm and legal aid clinics, where he advised clients, drafted advice letters and legal correspondence, and assisted with a range of housing, immigration, and public law matters. These experiences helped shape his commitment to access to justice and achieving positive outcomes for those seeking legal assistance.

Since joining RFB, Rajan has assisted clients and solicitors on a wide range of complex and high-value matters, gaining significant experience in dispute resolution and contentious legal work. His work has included supporting judicial review proceedings, commercial litigation disputes, construction-related claims, leasehold extension and enfranchisement, as well as a variety of landlord and tenant disputes. Rajan is recognised for his attention to detail and strong work ethics. He takes pride in building strong client relationships and ensuring clients remain informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Outside of his legal practice, he has held leadership and trustee positions within community organisations. Rajan also worked as a radio show host with Bloomsbury Radio, where he interviewed individuals ranging from CEO’s, Company Directors, and Consultants, while also giving charitable organisations a platform to spread their message. Rajan also enjoys long drives with nature views, hiking, and is a member of his local shooting range.
