Samantha Eaton

Samantha is a Partner, specialising in Real Estate and is based in the firm’s Manchester office. 

Samantha is experienced in a range of residential property transactions, including re-mortgages, transfers of equity and assents; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions, whether registered or unregistered; new build and Right to Buy purchases ranging in value from £40,000 to multi-million-pound properties.  

She is also experienced in more complex and unusual transactions such as Help to Buy equity charges and Forces Help to Buy loans; staircasing, lease and transfer drafting, lease extensions and variations; and bridging and development finance. Samantha is a versatile solicitor providing practical advice to get the deal done. Her attention to detail and quality of service is second to none.  

Outside of work, Samantha engages in martial arts (Korean Tang soo Do), sewing (own clothes and costumes); and board and video gaming.
