Berivan Erdogan
Berivan is a Partner based at the firm's City office. Berivan has a vast knowledge of all types of residential transactions including first-time buyers, company acquisitions and buy to let properties. She deals with Help to Buy equity scheme purchases as well as new build properties.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant work for both commercial and residential transactions. She acts for buyers and sellers in a wide range of freehold and leasehold properties including retail, offices, restaurants, mixed-use, the purchase, and sale of development land, and re-mortgaging properties for clients.
In addition, Berivan regularly undertakes transactions involving lease renewals, assignments, forfeiture and surrender matters as well as disputes arising out of rent review, rent arrears and possession.
