Olivia is an Associate Solicitor in RFB’s Corporate & Commercial team, based in the London, Old Street, office.
She joined Ronald Fletcher Baker as a newly qualified solicitor in March 2024 following the completion of her training contract at a city firm. Prior to this, Olivia worked in banking and finance litigation at an international law firm and completed her LLM at BPP Law School, with a focus on private acquisitions, intellectual property and commercial litigation.
She has a range of company commercial experience, including advising on and drafting commercial contracts and data protection policy, acting on company acquisitions and sales and working on corporate funding transactions.
Olivia enjoys working with clients to successfully achieve their objectives and is dedicated to providing an excellent, tailored service. She takes pride in being proactive and responsive and looks forward to helping businesses grow.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys playing the piano and travelling.
