Aysha Anderson

Aysha joined the Employment Department in August 2023. A graduate of London Metropolitan University with an LLB Law degree, she furthered her expertise by pursuing a Graduate Fast Track Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Prior to joining RFB, Aysha honed her skills as a Housing Law Paralegal within the public sector, gaining invaluable experience and insight.

Aysha is deeply committed to advocating for the rights of clients. She approaches each case with empathy, diligence, and a determination to make a meaningful difference. With a particular passion for discrimination claims, she channels her enthusiasm into achieving positive outcomes for those most in need.

Outside of work, Aysha’s interests include gallery exhibitions, theatre, travel and spending quality time with her family and friends.
