Nikki Hashemi

Nikki advises lenders, developers and investors on real estate finance transactions across a range of asset classes. She manages transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including conducting due diligence, preparing reports on title, drafting security documentation, satisfying conditions precedent and overseeing the completion of drawdowns.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys travelling, skiing and maintaining an active lifestyle through Reformer Pilates and fitness training. She also enjoys exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
