Pitna is a Real Estate Finance Solicitor at Ronald Fletcher Baker, advising lenders, borrowers and investors on a broad range of property finance transactions. She acts on a variety of secured lending matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice to help clients achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2021, Pitna previously worked at another City law firm before joining Ronald Fletcher Baker.

Pitna speaks Korean and, outside of work, enjoys hiking and travelling.

Experience

Pitna advised a bridging lender on a loan secured against the borrower’s portfolio of mixed-use properties, comprising both commercial and residential assets.
