Felicity has experience across a broad range of commercial property matters, including the grant of new leases, lease renewals and assignments, as well as commercial property acquisitions and disposals. She also advises on residential property transactions, including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Her experience covers a variety of transactions, including acting on multiple commercial property matters involving public houses across London.
Felicity graduated with a First Class LLB in Law and also holds an LLM in Legal Practice (LPC) from the University of Westminster.
Outside of work, Felicity enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
