When starting a new business, it is vital that the right structure is chosen and the correct agreements are in place to set up the business for long-term success.

Once you have decided on the right structure for you we can prepare and advise you on the documents you will need for that structure, and we can also ensure that you have any other agreements in place (such as IP assignments, or supplier contracts).

If you are coming into an existing business we can advise you on whether any structural changes need to be made and on any accession agreements; we can also advise on buy-outs and exits and more complex corporate structurings.
