Stellenbeschreibung

This is a full-time, office based role for a Property Paralegal located in our Manchester office. As a Property Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, etc.)

Qualifikationen

• At least 12 months of experience as a property paralegal
• Ausfüllen von SDLT-Erklärungen
• Companies House Einreichungen
• Einreichung von HMLR-Anträgen und Bearbeitung von Anforderungsschreiben
• Umgang mit Anforderungen an das Erbbaurecht nach Fertigstellung
• Unterstützung der Honorarkräfte bei Austausch und Abschluss
• Eröffnung von Akten und Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der AML-Vorschriften
• Datei schließen
