This is a full-time, office based role for a Property Paralegal located in our Manchester office. As a Property Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, etc.)

Nitelikler

İdeal aday aşağıdaki konularda deneyim sahibi olacaktır:

• Genel sorular için müşteriler, acenteler ve avukatlarla irtibat kurmak
• At least 12 months of experience as a property paralegal
• SDLT İadelerinin Tamamlanması
• Şirketler Evi başvuruları
• HMLR başvurularının sunulması ve taleplerle ilgilenilmesi
• Leasehold'un tamamlanma sonrası gereksinimleri ile ilgilenme
• Takas ve tamamlama konusunda ücretlilere yardımcı olmak
• Dosya açma ve AML uyumluluğuna yardımcı olma
• Dosya kapatma
