Sam is an Associate Solicitor in RFB\u2019s Corporate & Commercial team, based in the London, Old Street office. He joined the firm in February 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He specialises in corporate transactions, including company and business sales and acquisitions, as well as other corporate matters. He also has experience in company-commercial law, advising clients on a range of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and joint venture agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sam is known for his proactive and practical approach, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout. He focuses on delivering sensible, commercial solutions with a friendly touch, making complex legal matters more accessible while prioritising his clients’ needs and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining RFB, Sam studied law at the University of Durham before completing his Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws in London. He trained at a firm in the South West and qualified as a solicitor in the commercial department in July 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside of work, Sam is a passionate foodie and coffee enthusiast. He enjoys football, boxing, and MMA and seeks out white-collar charity boxing events. More recently, he has taken up golf, enjoying the change of scenery from the usual boxing gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
