Evli \u00e7iftlerin aksine, evli olmayan \u00e7iftlerin ayr\u0131lmalar\u0131 durumunda mal varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l payla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen \u00f6zel bir mevzuat bulunmamaktad\u0131r.
