Kredi veren, bir son tarihi ka\u00e7\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 iddia ederse, ancak s\u00f6zle\u015fmede kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir uzatma s\u00fcresine dair belgeli kan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131z varsa, bu ataman\u0131n hukuki dayana\u011f\u0131 yoktur.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hatal\u0131 Talepler:<\/strong>\u00a0Baz\u0131 ge\u00e7ici kredi s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri, kredi verenin, bir tasfiye memuru atamadan \u00f6nce bor\u00e7luya belirli bir bildirim s\u00fcresi tan\u0131yarak resmi bir geri \u00f6deme talebinde bulunmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015far. Kredi verenin bu talebi usul\u00fcne uygun olarak tebli\u011f etmemesi veya yanl\u0131\u015f adrese g\u00f6ndermesi durumunda, bu atamaya itiraz edilebilir.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aceleye Getirilmi\u015f \u0130nfaz:<\/strong>\u00a01925 tarihli LPA uyar\u0131nca atama yapma konusundaki yasal yetki, ancak ipotek borcunun vadesi geldi\u011finde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u00a0<em>ve<\/em>\u00a0103. Bu koruma, kredi alan\u0131n bir birey veya ortakl\u0131k olmas\u0131 durumunda ticari k\u00f6pr\u00fc kredilerine de uygulanabilir.
