Bunun m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bor\u00e7 verenin ya teminat belgesinde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a verilen ya da t\u00fcz\u00fck veya genel hukuk kapsam\u0131nda bir sat\u0131\u015f yetkisine sahip olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, bu nadiren kullan\u0131lan bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yoludur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>M\u00fclkiyet Almak<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yasal ipotek sahibi, mahkeme karar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan ipotekli m\u00fclk\u00fcn m\u00fclkiyetini alma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.
