H\u00fck\u00fcmetin, \u00f6\u011frenci ev sahiplerinin m\u00fclklerini akademik y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda geri alabilmelerini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in yeni bir zilyetlik zemini getirece\u011fini duyurmas\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenci ev sahipleri i\u00e7in de olumlu haberler geldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De\u011fi\u015fiklikler, Ekim 2023'te ikinci yasa tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n okunmas\u0131ndan birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, Avrupa Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan bir raporun ard\u0131ndan duyuruldu. Seviyelendirme, Konut ve Topluluklar Se\u00e7im Komitesi<\/em><\/strong><\/a> Bu y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda NRLA'n\u0131n \u00f6nerilerinin \u00e7o\u011funu destekledi. Partiler aras\u0131 Konut Se\u00e7im Komitesi \u015fu uyar\u0131da bulundu \u201cH\u00fck\u00fcmetin, reforme edilmemi\u015f bir mahkeme sisteminin kirac\u0131l\u0131k reformlar\u0131n\u0131 ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde baltalayabilece\u011fini tam olarak takdir edip etmedi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k de\u011fildir<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olarak H\u00fck\u00fcmet, m\u00fclklerin geri al\u0131nmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir yeni sistemin, \u201cmahkemelerin iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in yeterli ilerleme kaydedildi\u011fine karar verene kadar uygulanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d ve \u201cBu, adalet sisteminde reformlar yap\u0131lana kadar 21. B\u00f6l\u00fcm'\u00fcn kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na devam etmeyece\u011fimiz anlam\u0131na geliyor\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u015eu anda mahkemelerin, kira bor\u00e7lar\u0131, anti-sosyal davran\u0131\u015flar veya ev sahibinin bir m\u00fclke geri ta\u015f\u0131nmak istemesi gibi ge\u00e7erli bir nedenin oldu\u011fu durumlarda m\u00fclkiyet taleplerini i\u015fleme koymas\u0131 ortalama alt\u0131 aydan fazla s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sistemin reforme edilmesi taahh\u00fcd\u00fc olumludur ancak herhangi bir mahkeme reformunun amaca uygun bir sistem \u00fcretmesini sa\u011flamaya ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
