Partiler aras\u0131 Konut Se\u00e7im Komitesi \u015fu uyar\u0131da bulundu&nbsp;<em>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/committees.parliament.uk\/publications\/33924\/documents\/185831\/default\/\"><strong>H\u00fck\u00fcmetin, reforme edilmemi\u015f bir mahkeme sisteminin kirac\u0131l\u0131k reformlar\u0131n\u0131 ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde baltalayabilece\u011fini tam olarak takdir edip etmedi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k de\u011fildir<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olarak H\u00fck\u00fcmet, m\u00fclklerin geri al\u0131nmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir yeni sistemin, \u201cmahkemelerin iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in yeterli ilerleme kaydedildi\u011fine karar verene kadar uygulanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d ve&nbsp;<em>\u201cBu, adalet sisteminde reformlar yap\u0131lana kadar 21.
