Bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131, kirac\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcreci \u201ddaha adil\u201d hale getirece\u011fini s\u00f6yledikleri de\u011fi\u015fikliklere odakland\u0131.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-2-xl-font-size\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Uzun S\u00fcreli Kira S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin Durumu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Otuz y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir,&nbsp;<em>Leasehold Reformu, Konut ve Kentsel Geli\u015fim Yasas\u0131 1993<\/em>&nbsp;kiralama haklar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fclkiyetine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesini d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir.
