Ginnie Maitland is RFB’s Head of HR, based in the firm’s London City office.
She works in close partnership with teams across the firm, ensuring that people strategy, development, and support are aligned with the firm’s overall goals. Her approach places effective people management at the heart of business decision-making, helping to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Before joining RFB, Ginnie led the HR function at a law firm in Manchester. Outside of work, she’s an avid runner and enjoys keeping active through CrossFit.
