As ac\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais podem representar um risco significativo para uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de solidariedade social, para a sua reputa\u00e7\u00e3o e para os seus administradores.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Quando confrontados com uma potencial reclama\u00e7\u00e3o, quer na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o quer na defesa de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o legal, os administradores de institui\u00e7\u00f5es de caridade devem tomar todas as decis\u00f5es com base no que seria o melhor interesse da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.
