O Tribunal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o (Court of Protection) trata dos bens, assuntos financeiros e bem-estar pessoal de pessoas que n\u00e3o t\u00eam capacidade mental para tomar essas decis\u00f5es por si pr\u00f3prias.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Podemos ajud\u00e1-lo com todos os tipos de pedidos ao Tribunal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo, mas n\u00e3o se limitando a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se uma pessoa n\u00e3o tiver capacidade para fazer uma procura\u00e7\u00e3o duradoura ou para gerir os seus assuntos, pode ser apresentado um pedido ao Tribunal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o para que seja nomeada uma pessoa para tomar decis\u00f5es em seu nome, e n\u00f3s podemos ajudar nesta tarefa. Se uma propriedade for propriedade conjunta e um dos propriet\u00e1rios n\u00e3o tiver capacidade para participar numa venda e n\u00e3o tiver uma procura\u00e7\u00e3o duradoura, poder\u00e1 ser necess\u00e1rio apresentar um pedido para que seja substitu\u00eddo como administrador para que a propriedade possa ser vendida. Isto n\u00e3o afectaria o seu direito a presta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Testamento legal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se uma pessoa n\u00e3o tiver capacidade mental para fazer um testamento e se considerar que n\u00e3o \u00e9 do seu interesse que os bens sejam distribu\u00eddos ao abrigo do testamento existente ou das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es relativas a abortos, pode requerer ao Tribunal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o que seja feito um testamento legal em seu nome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
