She acts for both companies and individuals across a broad range of disputes, with particular expertise in director and shareholder disputes, quasi-partnership breakdowns, and unfair prejudice petitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognised by The Legal 500 as a \u201ckey lawyer\u201d in Commercial Litigation in both 2024 and 2025, Katinka is known for her strategic approach and ability to navigate complex disputes with clarity and commercial insight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Katinka has a growing specialism in financial disputes, acting for both borrowers and lenders in contentious loan matters. She has particular experience in disputes involving bridging finance, a fast-paced and increasingly litigious area of the market. Katinka also works closely with several lenders throughout the lifecycle of bridging loans \u2014 from initial transaction through to enforcement \u2014 advising on due diligence relating to the security property, helping to ensure deals complete swiftly and securely, and enforcing security.
