Se voc\u00ea, ou algu\u00e9m em nome de quem voc\u00ea atua, foi cliente do Gabinete do Tutor P\u00fablico (OPG) e pagou taxas relacionadas com uma tutela entre 1 de abril de 2008 e 31 de mar\u00e7o de 2015, ent\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ter direito a um reembolso. O Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a (MOJ) define as taxas de tutela do OPG. Uma an\u00e1lise do MOJ concluiu que as taxas nem sempre correspondiam aos custos suportados pelo OPG para supervisionar as tutelas entre abril de 2008 e mar\u00e7o de 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melhor\u00e1mos a forma como prestamos apoio e supervisionamos as curatelas e continuamos a rever as nossas taxas. Desde 1 de abril de 2015, n\u00e3o foram cobradas taxas excessivas aos clientes. O Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a criou agora um regime de reembolso para que aqueles a quem foram cobradas taxas superiores ao necess\u00e1rio possam obter um reembolso. O programa ser\u00e1 gerido pela OPG e n\u00e3o se aplica a quaisquer taxas pagas \u00e0 OPG Scotland, ao Office of Care and Protection na Irlanda do Norte ou ao Court of Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cliente atual<\/strong>&nbsp;Os representantes atuais com clientes eleg\u00edveis ser\u00e3o contactados pela OPG e os seus clientes ser\u00e3o automaticamente reembolsados. N\u00e3o precisam de tomar quaisquer medidas adicionais nesta fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antigos clientes<\/strong>&nbsp;Se o processo do cliente j\u00e1 tiver sido encerrado e a curatela tiver terminado, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio apresentar um pedido, uma vez que n\u00e3o podemos reembolsar automaticamente estes casos eleg\u00edveis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melhor\u00e1mos a forma como prestamos apoio e supervisionamos as curatelas e continuamos a rever as nossas taxas.
