The funds must be held in a regulated financial institution and, if outside the UK, be freely transferable to the UK. You and one other person can apply together as an \u2018entrepreneurial team\u2019 as long as you both have equal access to the money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will need to be competent in the English language to at least CEFR Level B1 (equivalent to IELTS 4.0 in reading, writing, listening and speaking) and have enough <a href=\"https:\/\/rfblegal.co.uk\/pt\/base-de-conhecimentos\/imposto-de-selo-sobre-propriedades-adicionais\/\">adicional<\/a> money to <a href=\"https:\/\/rfblegal.co.uk\/pt\/etiqueta\/pessoal-de-apoio\/\">apoio<\/a> yourself without relying on public funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ter\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m de demonstrar ao Minist\u00e9rio do Interior que tem a inten\u00e7\u00e3o genu\u00edna e a capacidade de se envolver ativamente na gest\u00e3o de uma empresa no Reino Unido e que disp\u00f5e de um plano de neg\u00f3cios vi\u00e1vel e cred\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e2mbito do seu pedido de visto de Empreendedor, poder\u00e1 ser entrevistado pelo Servi\u00e7o de Vistos e Imigra\u00e7\u00e3o do Reino Unido (UKVI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se se encontra atualmente no Reino Unido como migrante ao abrigo do visto de trabalho p\u00f3s-estudo de N\u00edvel 1, s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 mudar para a categoria de Empreendedor de N\u00edvel 1 se tiver criado uma empresa antes de 11 de julho de 2014, se tiver exercido atividade empresarial de forma cont\u00ednua desde essa data e se estiver a exercer uma profiss\u00e3o que exija qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00edvel 4 ou superior do Quadro Nacional de Qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pedidos de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o: Visto de empreendedor de n\u00edvel 1 do Reino Unido<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para prolongar a sua estadia como Empres\u00e1rio de N\u00edvel 1, ter\u00e1 de comprovar que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registou-se como administrador de uma empresa ou como trabalhador independente no prazo de 6 meses ap\u00f3s a sua entrada no Reino Unido ao abrigo do visto de Empreendedor de N\u00edvel 1 ou ap\u00f3s a concess\u00e3o da autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia ao abrigo desse mesmo visto; e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiu pelo menos 200 000 \u00a3 ou 50 000 \u00a3 (conforme o caso) numa ou em v\u00e1rias empresas no Reino Unido; e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criou pelo menos dois postos de trabalho a tempo inteiro para pessoas residentes no Reino Unido e esses postos de trabalho existem h\u00e1, pelo menos, 12 meses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ter\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m de demonstrar ao Minist\u00e9rio do Interior que tem a inten\u00e7\u00e3o genu\u00edna e a capacidade de se envolver ativamente na gest\u00e3o de uma empresa no Reino Unido e que disp\u00f5e de um plano de neg\u00f3cios vi\u00e1vel e cred\u00edvel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resid\u00eancia no Reino Unido: Visto de empreendedor de n\u00edvel 1 do Reino Unido<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have invested in a new or existing UK business and your investment has created at least two new full-time jobs, you may apply for <a href=\"https:\/\/rfblegal.co.uk\/pt\/base-de-conhecimentos\/brexit-pedidos-de-residencia-permanente-na-ue-e-no-eee-cartao-de-residencia-permanente-e-recursos\/\">permanent<\/a> residence in the UK after five years. However, you will need to demonstrate that the funds are genuinely yours, that you are <a href=\"https:\/\/rfblegal.co.uk\/pt\/percepcoes\/defesas-contra-a-difamacao-um-guia-rapido-para-proteger-a-liberdade-de-expressao-e-a-reputacao\/\">free<\/a> to invest them and that they have been acquired lawfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your investment funds have not been held for a consecutive 90-day period prior to the date of application, then you will need to prove the source of the funds.
