Private Prosecutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The right to bring a private prosecution is a long-established legal tenet of access to justice and can offer a preferable and effective course of action.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Should the police fail to pursue an investigation or the Crown Prosecution Service decide not to commence proceedings, a private prosecution can offer victims an opportunity to get their case heard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
