Draagmoederschap, vruchtbaarheid en adoptie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Draagmoederschap is de praktijk waarbij een vrouw een kind draagt met de bedoeling dat het kind bij de geboorte wordt overgedragen. Het is een steeds populairdere manier voor mensen om hun gezin uit te breiden. Er zijn twee verschillende vormen van draagmoederschap:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Traditionele draagmoederschap<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 er worden de eigen eicellen van de draagmoeder gebruikt, waardoor zij biologisch verwant is aan het kind<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Draagmoederschap<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 de draagmoeder is niet biologisch verwant aan het kind, en er wordt gebruikgemaakt van de eicellen van de wensmoeder of van een eiceldonor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beide vormen van draagmoederschap zijn volgens de Engelse wetgeving toegestaan, mits aan bepaalde voorwaarden wordt voldaan. Het is echter verboden om een draagmoeder te betalen met het oog op commercieel gewin, wat betekent dat het niet is toegestaan om commerci\u00eble vergoedingen te betalen aan iemand die als draagmoeder optreedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
