Hij is sinds februari 2025 werkzaam bij het kantoor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hij is gespecialiseerd in bedrijfstransacties, waaronder de verkoop en overname van bedrijven en andere bedrijfsaangelegenheden. Hij heeft ook ervaring in bedrijfs-commercieel recht, waarbij hij cli\u00ebnten adviseert over een reeks commerci\u00eble overeenkomsten, waaronder aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, NDA's, dienstverleningsovereenkomsten en joint venture overeenkomsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam staat bekend om zijn proactieve en praktische aanpak, waarbij hij altijd zorgt voor duidelijke en effectieve communicatie. Hij richt zich op het leveren van verstandige, commerci\u00eble oplossingen met een vriendelijke aanpak, waardoor complexe juridische zaken toegankelijker worden terwijl de behoeften en doelstellingen van zijn cli\u00ebnten voorop staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voordat hij bij RFB kwam, studeerde Sam rechten aan de Universiteit van Durham voordat hij zijn Legal Practice Course en Master of Laws in Londen afrondde. Hij volgde zijn opleiding bij een kantoor in het zuidwesten en kwalificeerde in juli 2024 als advocaat op de commerci\u00eble afdeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buiten zijn werk is Sam een gepassioneerd fijnproever en koffieliefhebber. Hij houdt van voetbal, boksen en MMA en gaat op zoek naar boksevenementen voor het goede doel.
