Joseph is a Solicitor in the Private Client team at Ronald Fletcher Baker based in the London office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voordat hij in september 2024 bij Ronald Fletcher Baker in dienst trad, studeerde Joseph rechten aan de Universiteit van York en voltooide hij zijn Legal Practice Course in Leeds. Hij volgde zijn stage bij een high street kantoor in het noordwesten van Londen en kwalificeerde als advocaat in augustus 2024.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hij houdt zich bezig met een breed scala aan zaken voor particulieren, waaronder testamenten, volmachten, aanvragen voor Grants of Representation en het beheren van nalatenschappen. Hij heeft ook ervaring met het adviseren van cli\u00ebnten over Trustverklaringen en verschillende opties voor estate planning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joseph streeft ernaar om cli\u00ebnten een zo soepel mogelijk proces te bieden door hen duidelijk en praktisch advies te geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buiten zijn werk reist Joseph graag en speelt hij rugby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ervaring: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

- Opstellen van een reeks testamenten, inclusief die met betrekking tot trusts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Adviseren over en opstellen van permanente volmachten;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Drafting Deeds of Variation to vary the entitlement of a deceased\u2019s estate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Applying for both Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Dealing with all aspects of Estate Administration from start to completion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
