However, not all individuals who exert influence over a company\u2019s affairs are formally appointed as directors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een persoon die geldig is aangesteld als directeur staat bekend als een \u2018de jure directeur\u2019. Het identificeren van een de jure directeur is meestal eenvoudig, omdat ze geregistreerd staan in het Companies House. The Court applies an objective, fact-specific test, assessing their actions and level of involvement in the company\u2019s decision-making process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De facto bestuurderschap ontstaat vaak onbedoeld.
