Mediation
The traditional litigation route for resolving disputes has many benefits, yet the costs of litigation can be expensive. Often people want to take a commercial approach and to find solutions rather than arguing discrete legal issues.
Mediation offers an alternative which holds the promise of being quick, inexpensive and confidential. We offer commercial mediation services both domestically from our London offices and internationally through our offices in Istanbul. We can arrange for the mediation to take place at your offices or at an entirely neutral venue.
Our team at Ronald Fletcher Baker is experienced in a broad range of litigation matters and have the ability to get to grips with the real issues involved and help reach settlements.
