Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (at least 1-year PQE) located in our Manchester Office. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions (including, but not limited to: freehold and leasehold purchases, sales and remortgages, new builds and transfers of equity).

Qualifications

  • A qualified Solicitor (at least 1-year PQE) with a valid practising certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in handling residential property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
  • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and agents
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
